Report an Incident  

If you witness a violation, please call the BC Ministry of Environment's Report All Poachers and Polluters (RAPP) hotline at 1-877-952-RAPP (7277) to report the incident or use the online form.

What to Report

Be ready to respond to the following questions when reporting an incident:

• Where did the illegal dumping take place?
• When did you notice the illegal dumping?
• What materials were illegally dumped?
• Who committed the illegal dumping?

Cleaning Illegal Dumpsites

If you're interested in cleaning up illegal dumpsites in the Fraser Valley, there are a few dedicated organizations working to reduce the impact of illegal dumping through regular cleanups. Contact the Chilliwack Vedder River Cleanup Society for more information.

Residents of Electoral Area E - Chilliwack River Valley who want to organize a community cleanup can participate in the City of Chilliwack's initiative to support illegal dumping clean-up efforts.
