How do I create a myFVRD profile?
Go to the myFVRD Login page and click the link to Create a myFVRD Profile at the bottom of the screen. Fill in all the application fields and click Continue. You will receive an email with a Verification Code and a link to activate your profile. You have 24 hours to activate your myFVRD profile before the verification code expires.

Now that I’ve activated myFVRD profile how do I access my accounts?
To access an account you must first register it to your myFVRD profile.
To register an account you will need the following:
- Dog licence renewals - the invoice # and access code which are in the top right corner of the renewal notice that was mailed to you in November.
- Utilities – the invoice # and access code which are in the top right corner of your utility bill.
- Building and Development Permits – the permit # and access code which are in the top right corner of the building permit letter issued to you by FVRD staff.
Log in to myFVRD. Click on the option to Manage Accounts. Choose the account type you wish to register and complete the fields using the invoice# or permit #, and access code. You will receive registration confirmation and have the option to register another account or return to the home page. -
What do I do if I forget my password.
You can reset your password from the myFVRD login page. Click on reset it underneath the Login button.

How do I change my email or phone number?
After logging in to myFVRD, click Update Profile to update your personal information.

I’ve lost my access code. How do I get another one?
Access codes are considered confidential information. You will need to contact us by phone at 1-800-528-006, where you will be redirected to the appropriate department. Once your identity has been confirmed by staff a new access code will be emailed or mailed to the contact information on file. Access codes will not be provided over the phone for security reasons.

I got locked out of my account. What happens now?
After five unsuccessful login attempts you will be locked out of your account for 15 minutes, after which you may try logging in again.
