Get rid of your extra junk free of charge at our upcoming clean-up event! An extra garbage bin will be placed at the Hemlock Valley Transfer Station on the following dates during regular opening hours (the bin will be removed when full):

Hemlock Valley: September  19, 21, 22, 2024

The following items are PROHIBITED from the bin:

• Drywall
• Asbestos
• Batteries
• Dead Animals
• Soil
• Hazardous Chemicals
• Recyclables

If you have old/broken electronics or appliances please bring them to your closest depot for recycling.

Important Notes:

The extra clean up bin is for use by Electoral Area C residents ONLY. Household garbage will still be charged and the regular rate, and should not be placed in the clean-up bin.
