Chilliwack Lake Road Now Open

Chilliwack Lake Road has been reopened following last night's closure due to flooding at Chilliwack Lake Road and Edwards Road.

Emil Anderson Maintenance – highway maintenance contractor for the Fraser Valley – has flaggers on-site and has secured the area with concrete road barriers to guard the road shoulder where the river has eroded it.
