State of Local Emergency Extended

The State of Local Emergency issued on December 9 has been extended until December 19 due to life and property remaining at risk from the atmospheric river event and heavy rainfall causing overland flooding and mudslides. Our Emergency Operations Centre remains activated at level three.

Electoral Area residents can report a flood or landslide incident or request assistance by calling 778-704-0400. 

If you have been evacuated, please register with Emergency Support Services (ESS) to access emergency support for people impacted by disasters.
