Parcel Tax Rolls Available For Review

Parcel tax rolls are now available for inspection at the Fraser Valley Regional District office. A Parcel Tax Roll is a list of all the properties (or parcels) that are subject to a tax (i.e. water/sewer) in a particular area.

Parcel tax rolls are available in the reception area
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Per the Community Charter a person who owns a parcel included on the parcel tax roll may request that the roll be amended, but only in relation to the person’s own property. A person may make a complaint to the parcel tax roll review panel on one or more of the following grounds: 

• There is an error or omission respecting a name or address on the parcel tax roll;
• There is an error or omission respecting the inclusion of a parcel;
• An exemption has been improperly allowed or disallowed.
